Sterilize your cup and its applicator

To sterilize your Ayora menstrual cup and its applicator, immerse them in boiling water for a few minutes.

Wash your hands before any use.

Fold your cup into a figure 8 and insert your folded cup into the applicator.

The part with the tab should be the last to go in.

NB: If you have difficulty inserting the cup into the applicator barrel, we recommend using a little water or a water-based lubricant inside the applicator barrel to make it easier. the sliding of the cup.

Insert your cup like a tampon!

Insert about 1 cm of the tip into your vaginal canal and push the cup like a tampon and that's it ;)

Once the cup is fully inserted using the applicator, push it upwards as much as possible.

Once the cup is fully inserted, push it upwards as much as possible.
