Order processing and fulfillment

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order ships. We do our best to provide you with accurate shipping and delivery times, but please note that these times are estimates only. Shipping and delivery estimates are not a guarantee and many factors beyond our control may delay your delivery.

Shipping Rates and Estimates
We ship to all EU countries and use the fastest shipping option depending on your location. Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. We aim to process all orders within 1-2 working days.

EU customers - we ship from various locations in the EU and delivery time may take between 3-4 working days.

 

How to check the status of my order ?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number which you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at contact@ayoracup.com with your name and order number, and we will review it for you.
